The perfect end to a perfect day

The image:
I did this in Poser & Photoshop.

A mix of techniques, original render done in poser, lots of post production, some of the poser models had clothes some did not.
I did a lot of painting in photoshop for the capes and costumes.
Basically the same thing I did for rounds one and round two.
I made massive art notes for both those rounds so you Judges should know what I did.

The story behind the image:

As quite a few of you all know, I am a bit of a Batman fan.
So it shouldn't come as a surprise that I decide to do a Batman image.
It is an original composition based on the sub-story of Batman:The killing Joke.
In the Sub-story that this picture is based on the fact that one Bad day can change a life.

The Comedian was a failing stand-up comic, who couldn't find work.
He made a deal with some Criminals to be an inside man on a robbery.
They had to go threw a chemical plant he used to work at to get to a building next door.
The night the Job was going down, He was informed his pregnant wife got killed by an electrical shortage on a baby bottle warming device.
The Mobsters would not let him back out of the caper.
During the robbery they made The comedian was made to wear a Red Hood and cape and dress in a suit, as they had a series of robberies with the same M.O.
They would get a inside man to wear a red hood and they would follow him as the leader, Police and Batman thought the Red hood was the gangs ring leader rather then realizing that he was a different person in each robbery.
During the robbery the chemical pant had changed security and hired armed guards.
In a fury of bullets and mayhem the thieves and the Comedian ran through the plant, all of the mobsters had gotten shot and killed by the security guards and the Comedian was running scared out of his mind.
Batman early in his career showed up and chased the Red Hood.
Fearing for his life and soul and the horror of seeing the mobsters blow away in front of him, still in shock from the news of his dead wife and unborn child, The comedian reaches his breaking point and now also has a giant human bat chasing him.
The only way to escape was to jump into a large chemical vat.
Once in the chemical bath, The comedian almost drowned in the toxic mixture but he was flushed away into a nearby river, where he managed to swim to shore.
Upon removing the Red Hood, The comedian noticed his reflection in a puddle.
He was no longer just any Man, His skin was bleached white and his hair was green, after this the comedian snapped and became the Joker.

Personally, I can't think of a single character that has effected the DC Universe more then the Joker, shooting Batgirl making her Oracle, Killing Robin, interacting with every single major hero and villain at one time or another, and making life generally very interesting for Batman himself, who is one of the three main DC characters.

The moment above is particularly important because of a few things:
One, if Batman was faster and was able to catch the comedian before he jumped into the chemicals the Joker would never be, this early failure of the Dark Knight caused thousands of deaths in the DC universe as well as a great deal of pain and suffering for the Batman himself.
Also if the Batman did not chase the comedian he would have most likely been shot and killed by the security guards.
The early attempts of Batman to be a hero has caused the deaths and suffering of thousands of people in the DC Universe as well as creating his greatest adversary and he doesn't even know that he had a direct hand in the creation of the Joker.
There would be no Joker without Batman.
Indirectly Batman is the cause of all of Jokers victims including Jason Todd.

Eu fiz em Poser e em Photoshop.

Uma mistura de técnicas, criação original feito no poser, muita pós-produção, algumas das figuras do poser tinham a roupa, outras não.
Tive de pintar muita coisa no photoshop para as capas e as roupas.

A história por detrás da imagem:

Como alguns de vocês talvez já saibam, eu sou um pouco um Fã do Batman.
Assim não deve ser uma surpresa que eu me decida fazer uma imagem do Batman.
É uma composição original baseada na história secundária de Batman:A Risada Final.
Na história secundária em que esta imagem está baseada está o facto que um dia mau pode mudar uma vida.

O comediante era um falhado cómico de stand-up, que não conseguia encontrar trabalho, ele fez um negócio com alguns criminosos para ser um homem infiltrado num assalto porque tinham que passar pela Central Química onde ele tinha estado empregado para aceder ao edifício seguinte.
Na noite em que o trabalho iria acontecer, ele foi informado de que a sua esposa grávida tinha morrido num acidente devido a um curto-circuito num dispositivo para aquecer o biberão do bebé.
Os mafiosos não o deixaram recuar no plano combinado.
Durante o assalto, os mafiosos obrigaram o comediante a usar um capuz e capa vermelho e vestir um fato, porque tinha havido uma serie de roubos usando esse modo de operação.
O homem infiltrado usaria um capuz vermelho e seria o líder do grupo, a policia e o Batman pensariam que o Capuz Vermelho era o líder, não se notando que era um homem diferente em cada assalto.
Durante o roubo na Central Química, a segurança entretanto tinha mudado e tinham contratado seguranças armados.
Numa chuva de balas e destruição, os ladrões e o comediante fugiram através da Central, todos os mafiosos foram atingidos a tiro e mortos pelos seguranças enquanto o comediante fugia aterrorizado.
O Batman em principio de carreira apareceu e perseguiu o Capuz Vermelho.
Temendo para sua vida e com o horror de ver os mafiosos serem mortos na frente dele, ainda em choque das notícias sobre a sua esposa e criança ainda não nascida , o comediante atinge o ponto da loucura e agora tem também um morcego humano gigante a persegui-lo.
A única maneira de escapar era saltar para um tanque cheio de produtos químicos.
Uma vez no produto químico, o comediante quase se afogou na mistura tóxica mas foi arrastado para um rio próximo, onde conseguiu nadar para segurança.
Depois de retirar o Capuz Vermelho, o comediante viu o seu reflexo numa poça de agua.
Era não era mais só um homem, a sua pele tinha se tornado de um branco descorado e seu cabelo era verde, depois deste momento o comediante perdeu o pouco de sanidade que ainda lhe restava e tornou-se no Joker.

Pessoalmente, não consigo pensar de um único personagem que tenha causado mais impressão no universo da DC do que o Joker, disparando sobre Batgirl transformando-a em Oracle, matando o Robin, interagindo com cada herói ou vilão uma ou outra altura, e de fazer a vida geralmente muito interessante para o próprio Batman, que é um dos três personagens principais da DC.

O momento acima é particularmente importante por causa de algumas coisas:
Um, se o Batman tivesse sido mais rápido e tivesse detido o comediante antes dele saltar nos produtos químicos, nunca existiria um Joker, este falhanço no inicio da carreira do Batman causou milhares das mortes no universo da DC, tal como a imensa dor e sofrimento para o próprio Batman.
Tal como se o Batman não tivesse perseguido o comediante seria muito provável que ele tivesse sido morto pelos seguranças também.
As precoces tentativas do Batman para ser um herói causaram a morte e sofrimento a milhares de pessoas no universo da DC tal como criar o seu mais perigoso e louco adversário e nem mesmo sabe mesmo que teve uma grande influencia na criação do Joker.
Não haveria nenhum Joker sem Batman.
Indirectamente o Batman é a causa de todas as vítimas do Jokers incluindo Jason Todd.
